How many women do you know who look this good first thing in the morning? Beyonce was spotted waving from her hotel in Rio de Janeiro on February 8.  She looks a little out of it, but it’s a cute candid picture. The singer rocked the house the night before at Rio’s HSBC Arena in Barra da Tijuca.
