We Are The World 25 For Haiti – Official Video
I seriously can’t believe how bad this version is. I voiced my opinion on the remake of “We Are The World” (We Are The World 25 For Haiti) yesterday (you can read about it here). I understand wanting to update the song, but this was horrible. From Lil Wayne, Akon and T-Pain auto-tuning their voices to Justin Bieber reading off a piece of paper. Autotune has been around for a very long time, but now people use it as a way to sound ‘cool’. Josh Groban, Barbara Streisand, Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Mary J. Blige and Tony Bennett were the best things about this song.
I can donate my money to Haiti without buying a craptastic song. See the full video below.
Olympic luger Nodar Kumaritashvili killed in crash
Just hours before the opening ceremonies for 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, luger Nodar Kumaritashvili was killed in a fatal crash. He was 21- years-old.
Kumaritashvili was practicing on the Olympic luge track when he was ejected from his sled. He was reportedly going at a speed of 80 miles per hour. According to the Seattle Times, “flew completely off the track at a high rate of speed. He immediately smashed off of metal poles adjacent to the track.”
Nodar Kumaritashvili was taken from the scene in a stretcher, but died shortly afterwards.
This is an extremely tragic and heartbreaking incident. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Cassie celebrates Valentine’s Day a little early
Singer Cassie tweeted a photograph of herself sitting on a bed surrounded by rose pedals. The caption on the photography stated:
Early Valentines Day… Love it
Now I doubt she was by herself, but her date was no where to be found. For years, it’s been known that Cassie has been seeing mogul Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs, even though he won’t claim her. So who was the mystery man Cassie was waiting on?? Now if it was indeed Combs, what in the world would prevent him from seeing her on Valentine’s Day??

Kate Gosselin gets a new hairstyle….Again

Reality TV Star, Kate Gosselin is doing her best to move on and try new things. Unfortunately, her new hairstyle falls flat. It’s painstakingly obvious that Gosselin has a few tracks laced in her head and of course there’s nothing wrong with that, but these tracks do not look good at all. At this point, I think she would look better with a lace front wig instead of getting these hair pieces that do absolutely nothing for her. Odd thing is, Kate Gosselin actually likes her new hair style.

Kate continued her transformation, heading back to the What Not To Wear stylist to freshen up the look and get her ready for a Sex and the City-worthy night on the town. “She came in because her own hair has grown,” Gibson tells PEOPLE, “so we changed the length. Now we thought shoulder length would be ideal–we wanted it to be straight, and sexy and moving.” And the reality star couldn’t have been more pleased with the results.
“She’s ecstatic about the way the extensions look. We took off about four inches, close to that. That’s one great thing about extensions–she can go back to having it long again, whenever she wants. She can keep changing.”
I give it two months before she changes her hair color.

SPOTTED: Kelis…doing Kelis things
According to Bossip, singer Kelis was spotted at Liv in Miami performing on stage. I really do hope that Kelis sang “Milkshake”, because that “Scream & Shout” song is the worse. Kelis seems to have toned down her wardrobe a tad, she was seen sporting a short dress with some killer high-heels.
