Ryan Lochte Covers MEN’s HEALTH Magazine

 

Swimmer and 2012 Olympic hopeful Ryan Lochte covers the August issue of Men’s Health. With the Olympics only a few weeks away, it’s only fitting to have Lochte on the cover.

Check out some highlights from his feature below.

On what food helps him recharge:
“My recovery meal is two grilled chicken breasts with Alfredo sauce, whole-grain spaghetti, and a salad with lemon juice and olive oil.”

On pushing himself to the limit:
“Pain, tolerance, endurance -when it comes down to that point, there’s always something left. You just have to find it.”

On perfection:
“I’d know I haven’t had those perfect swims yet.”
