2012 EMMY Awards Nominations [List]

Kerry Washington and late night host Jimmy Kimmel announced the nominees for the 2012 Emmy Awards yesterday morning (July 19). Even though Kimmel was dressed in his pajamas, the focus was on the diverse list of nominees.

This year’s nominees seem to spread between network and cable television.  Mad Men, Girls, Boardwalk Empire, and Downton Abbey stood out for having some of the most nods.

The 64th Emmy Awards airs September 23. Check out the list below.
