Evelyn Lozada Speaks Out on Domestic Violence Incident

Following her stint in the hospital Evelyn Lozada is speaking out.

Lozada sought medical treatment after her husband NFLer Chad Ochocinco Johnson head-butted her over the weekend. Reports state that the VH1 reality star suffered a 3-inch laceration because of the incident.

Lozada has remained silent up until now.

“I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me,”  she tells TMZ.

She continued, . “It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well.:

According to RadarOnline, a woman by the name of Beverly Shiner claims to have been involved with the NFLer in a months-long affair. And just like Lozada, Shiner claims to have met Johnson via twitter.

“It wasn’t just a one night thing, he always said he wanted to move in with me, and said if he had I’d be pregnant by then. He kept asking if I wanted to have more kids. Once, when I was at his house, I asked what would happen if Evelyn walked in right now, and he said she wouldn’t care,” Shiner told RadarOnline.com.

“He said, ‘I’m not doing anything different than what every other man is doing,’ he thinks it is fine to cheat. I feel he was completely disrespectful and he led me on,” she added.

In other news, Lozada’s brother-in-law, Anthony Ochoa passed away after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Sylvia and two children. Ochoa walked Lozada down the aisle during her July 4 nuptials.
