Michael Phelps Denies Winning $100K in Caesar’s Palace

Olympian Michael Phelps has denied winning big in Vegas.

TMZ reported that the champion swimmer took home $100K during a single poker game at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas this week.

A source revealed that Phelps spent some of his earnings at Tryst nightclub in the Wynn Hotel later that night. Having caught win of the media frenzy over his alleged winnings, Phelps took to Twitter to dispel the rumor.

He tweeted:

“I wish I won a 100k…. Haha not true tho:( “

Back in August, Phelps did tweet that he loved learning from champion poker player Magic Antonio.

He tweeted: “I love learning from @MagicAntonio … Everyone has a style…,”  but it seems as though he may have to take a few more lessons.
