Seth McFarlane to Host 2013 Academy Awards
Family Guy creator Seth McFarlane has been chosen to host the 85th Annual Academy Awards.
The official announcement was made by Academy Awards producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron on Monday (October 1).
Nominations for the 2013 Oscars will be announced on January 10 2013. The Oscars will be presented February 24 at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Los Angeles.
This will be McFarlane’s first time hosting. He recently hosted the season premiere of Saturday Night Live.
