Octavia Spencer is the newest spokesperson for SENSA, a weight-loss enhancement tool.
During a recent appearance on ABC’s The View, Octavia dished on how she lost 20 lbs using SENSA’s products. She revealed that she would sprinkle a few shakes on the product on her food and it would curb her appetite. The Oscar-winner says she still eats whatever she wants, but she now practices portion control.
