Gwyneth Paltrow Covers SELF Magazine
Actress Gwyneth Paltrow covers the latest issue of Self magazine. Don’t expect to hear about her music career in this issue. though. Paltrow tells Self that her butt is one of her problem areas, who knew? She also touches on what she eats and her fitness secret. Rea soem snippets from the feature below.
On her challenge areas:
“My butt! My butt, butt, butt. When Tracy met me, she said that I had a long, square butt that she was going to redesign, and I was, like, “Yeah? Good luck.” The amazing thing is, she was right! And it’s still changing!”
How she stays sane about her body:
“I’ve found what works for me. I know if I put in an hour and a half, five days a week, I’m good. If I’m on vacation and, like, “F— it, I’m not working out,” I know what to do when I get back. A lot of women think, “Oh, my God, I could never get there,” but I don’t think that’s true. It’s simply relative to how much you put into it.”
How consistent she stays, foodwise:
“I say I always eat right, but last night, I had fried clams, pasta with duck sausage and two glasses of red wine. When I want to lose, I eat less pasta, bread and potatoes. Before last year’s Iron Man 2 premiere, I did green juices and salads for three days.”
Gwyneth’s fitness secret:
“I do 45 minutes of cardio five days a week, because I like to eat. I also try for 45 minutes of muscular structure work, which is toning, realigning and lengthening. If I’m prepping for something or I’ve been eating a lot of pie, I do two hours a day, six days a week for two weeks.”

Rosie O’Donnell Defends Chris Brown

Singer Chris Brown has been trampled on by the media as of late, but it seems as though one of the people you’d least expect to defend him has. And who is that person? None other than Rosie O’Donnell. O’Donnell vocalized her thoughts on Brown’s situation on her radio show, stating that she feels his “haters” might be racist.
“I just don’t know why this kid seems to be held to a different standard than anyone else,” O’Donnell said on her Sirius XM show Rosie Radio.
Rosie’s executive producer did imply that race ism might be why Chris has been treated the way he has, Rosie replied: “I totally think there is, and I also think it’s why he felt he was safer with Robin Roberts [who is also African-American].” Rosie added that she felt “mildly angry” at Robin while watching her interview Chris.
A TV insider for PopEater.com had this to say about Rosie’s thoughts on Brown.
“Chris Brown violently beat his girlfriend and almost threw a chair through a window and currently has the number one album on the Billboard charts, and Rosie feels sorry for him because he is black?” said the TV insider. “This kid is rich and powerful and keeps getting away with bad behavior. If Rosie was backstage at ‘GMA’ when the staff was so frightened they had to call the police, she would be singing a very different tune. This has nothing to do with the color of his skin but rather his disgraceful behavior.”

After spending time in NY and VA, Chris Brown and his girlfriend Karacuche were spotted arriving back in LA. The two have been joined at the hip for quite some time now and despite Brown’s recent woes MS. Karacuche has stood by his side every step of the way. Brown’s album, F.A.M.E. is currently the No. 1 album in the country.

Britney Spears tweeted a picture straight from the set of her new music video “Til The World Ends.” Brit Brit ws photographer during one of her breaks, sipping on some vitamin water. The track is from Britney’s upcoming new album Femme Fatale. Word the street is that there is a big dance number in the video.
