Sherru Shepherd is engaged!
Looks like 2011 might be the year of engagements. View host Sherri Shepherd has announced that she is officially engaged to TV writer Lamar Sally . Sally proposed on Dec. 26 after asking Shepherd’s 5-year-old son, Jeffrey, for permission.
Shepherd’s rep reports: “Upon arriving back to Lamar’s home in Los Angeles from a trip to San Diego, Sherri was surprised to find their accommodations had been decorated with lights by one of Sal’s best friends, her dog was wearing a Santa beard and hat, and, in the middle of a dish of Sherri’s favorite but forbidden M&M’s (she is diabetic), was a tiny little box.”
Shepherd has been pretty mum about this relationship. She was linked to WWE wrestler MVP a while back. Sally and She[herd have been dating for a little more than a year and were introduced by Niecy Nash. The two plan to wed sometime in August.

Sandra Bullock and Baby Louis attend Holiday party
It’s been a while since we’ve seen a close-up of Sandra Bullock‘s son, Louis. Both mom and son were spotted at a Christmas party this past weekend. Louis was sporting a uber-cute Santa hat and Bullock just looked happy to see her baby boy enjoy himself.

Mariah Carey taping segment for Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting
Mariah Carey may be pregnant, but that hasn’t stopped her from working. Carey is one of the many performers that will entertain during Rockefeller’s Christmas Tree Lighting.
