Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak is pregnant. Zolciak vehemently denied being pregnant when an ex-lover leaked the news to various media outlets.  Zolciak, 32,  and her boyfriend Kroy Biermann,25, have been dating since May 2010. Instead of letting the rumors fester, Zolciak revealed the news to Life & Style exclusively. Apparently, the singer/reality star wanted to wait until she was out of her first trimester.

Here’s what Kim had to say:

Kim on learning she was pregnant:

“While it wasn’t planned, God clearly has a bigger and better plan for us and we’re excited.”

Why Kim denied being pregnant intially:

“I was appalled and disgusted by that,” she says. “I wasn’t through my first trimester — you never know what could happen.”

Kim on how she feels about Kroy:

“He makes me a better person,” says Kim. “I love everything about him.”

Kim on getting married:

“I definitely don’t want to get married while I’m pregnant,” she says. “But I can see myself marrying Kroy in the future.”
