iHeartRadio Music Awards to Honor Justin Timberlake

The iHeartRadio Music Awards will honor Justin Timberlake by presenting him with the 2015 iHeartRadio Innovator Award.

“Justin is one of the most dynamic artists of our lifetime, a visionary whose influence on pop culture starts with brilliant music and stretches well beyond,” said Tom Poleman, President of National Programming Platforms for iHeartMedia. “I’m amazed how he regularly breaks barriers that continue to shape and define music trends.  We’re thrilled to recognize him amongst his peers — who also proudly call themselves his fans.”

“From day one, Justin has been a step ahead; in fact, he refuses to play it safe,” said John Sykes, President of Entertainment Enterprises for iHeartMedia, Inc. “And even given all his success to date, I think he is only at the beginning of one of the great careers in entertainment.”

“Justin is the World’s undisputed 360-degree entertainer.  Put simply, he’s ‘The Man.’ We are delighted to give him the honor he deserves,” Ian Stewart, President, Done + Dusted.

The show will include performances by Rihanna, Iggy Azalea, Sam Smith, Madonna, Jason Aldean, Jamie Foxx, Meghan Trainor, Jason Derulo, Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Clarkson, Snoop Dogg, Charlie Wilson, Nate Ruess, Alesso and Florida Georgia Line along with appearances from Taylor Swift and more.

The ceremony will air on Sunday, March 29 live on NBC from 8-11 p.m. ET/PT from the historic Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx is set to host.  The iHeartRadio Music Awards will broadcast simultaneously on iHeartMedia stations nationwide and across the iHeartRadio digital music platform.
