Legendary Singer Ben E. King Passes Away at 76
Singer Ben E. King died on Thursday (April 30) from natural causes. He was 76.
King’s publicist confirmed to The Telegraph on Friday.
The legend rose to fame in the late 1950s with The Drifters They released hits such as, “There Goes My Baby” and “Save the Last Dance For Me.”
In 1961, King started his solo career with a bang when he released “Stand By Me.”
“King is survived by his wife, Betty, his three children, and six grandchildren.
