Taylor Swift Donates Money to Volunteer Firefighter
Taylor Swift is lending a helping hand to a special firefighter.
Texas volunteer firefighter Aaron VanRiper rescued his wife and seven-year-old son, Johnathan, from a car accident on June 6. He was unaware that his family was involved when he was called to the scene.
Sadly, both Amber and Jonathan now require extensive medical treatment and the family has no health insurance. A friend of the family together a GoFundMe campaign to help cover medical costs. Swift donated $15,000 and the campaign has raised $105,000 of the $125,000 needed.
