Mara Wilson Talks How Revealing Her Sexuality was Emotional
Mara Wilson, who is known for her roles in Matilda and Mrs. Doubtfire, came out as bisexual this past June. Though she has had millions of supporters, her decision to reveal her sexuality was not planned.
“It was an emotional decision,” Wilson.
Wilson opened up about her sexuality on Twitter after the deadly shooting at Pulse, an Orlando-based gay nightclub.
“If I had known it was going to trend on Facebook, I don’t know that I would have done it just then. But the vast majority of the feedback has been positive.”
The actress’ memoir “Where Am I Now?” hits shelves Sept. 13.
