ABC Finally Casts First Black Bachelorette

After years of criticism, ABC had finally cast it’s first Black Bachelorette and her name is Rachel Lindsay.

Lindsay is a 31-year-old attorney will get her chance to find love in the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette.” Lindsay was a contestant on the 2017 “The Bachelor” season, which featured 36-year-old Nick Viall, a software sales executive from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The Bachelor airs Mondays on ABC at 8 pm EST.
