From superhero to villain, former “Power Rangers” star Ricardo Medina Jr. was sentenced to six years in jail today for stabbing his roommate to death back in 2015. Medina, who played the Red Lion Wild Force Ranger on “Power Rangers Wild Force” in 2002, plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter- he claimed he used his sword in self-defense.

The incident took place after Medina and his roommate Joshua Sutter got into an argument over the actor’s girlfriend.
