Linkin Park Cancels Remaining Tour Dates Following Chester Bennington’s Death
Linkin Park has officially announced that their tour has been cancelled.
This news comes as no shock, as the band just lost its frontman Chester Bennington to an apparent suicide.
“We are incredibly saddened to hear about the passing of Chester Bennington,” events company Live Nation said in a statement. “The Linkin Park One More Light North American Tour has been canceled and refunds are available at point of purchase. Our thoughts go out to all those affected.”
Linkin Park’s latest tour has already hit South America and Europe. Their last show was held July 6 in Birmingham, England, and the North American leg was set to begin on July 27 in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
