‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Winner Sentenced to one Year in Jail for Domestic Violence

So You Think You Can Dance season 4 winner Joshua Allen has been sentenced to one year in jail for domestic violence. Allen, 28, plead no contest to the domestic violence incident.

He was also sentenced to five years of formal probation and 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling. Allen has also been ordered to stay away from the victim for ten years.

Back in June 2016, Allen allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend and chased her to a coffee shop. He allegedly threw a vase at a woman and man who were trying to help the victim.

The dancer also had a January 13, 2016 conviction of “willfully injuring a girlfriend.”
