Katy Perry covers a special collector’s issue of W magazine. The issue also happens to be the September issue.

Perry is sporting Saint Laurent on the collector’s cover, which becomes “animated” when scanned on W‘s new downloadable app, and looks completely different (shown below).

Perry on feeling more liberated than ever:

“I feel very free.” In fact, despite recent heartbreak, including Hillary Clinton’s electoral loss, Perry is fired up.”It’s more important to continue the fight,” she said. In particular, teenage girls give her inspiration: “Teenage girls can save the world! I saw that during the campaign. And that idea continues to give me faith.”
