“GLEE” Actress Naya Rivera was arrested last night in West Virginia for domestic battery.

The incident took place in her home and is said to have involved her husband Ryan Dorsey

Rivera, 30, called off her divorce from Dorsey, 34, just last month. The pair married in 2014 and have a two-year-old son together.

The actress is supposed to have her arraignment any minute, where she could be charged. Full details on what led to her arrest have yet to be revealed.
