TBS Renews “American Dad” for Two More Seasons

“American Dad” has turned out to be a treasure for the TBS network, as they have opted to renew the animated series for two more seasons.

The show made its debut in 2005 on FOX before moving to TBS IN 2014. ⠀⠀⠀
Variety reports that the network announced the renewal news today at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“Animation has played a huge role in making us the number one comedy network,” Brett Weitz, executive VP of programming for TBS, states. “We will keep the momentum going with the two-season pick-up of ‘American Dad’.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With this two-Season renewal, the show will be on for at least 17 seasons. ⠀⠀⠀
The latest season of ‘American Dad’ is set for February 12th.
