Laverne Cox has made history by being the first Transgender woman to cover COSMOPOLITAN magazine!

The actress covers Cosmo South Africa’s February issue, which also has an online video interview to go alongside with it.

“Trans women deserve to be loved out in the open and in the light,” she said in the Cosmo Twitter post on Monday. “Let go of fear and live a fun, fearless life. If I can do it, you can do it.”

During her sit-down with the magazine, Cox reveals her celebrity crush, her most prized possession and why Oprah is the person she most want to be trapped in an elevator with.
