The Biggest Loser has found the perfect new host – Bob Harper.

Starting next season, which begins in 2016, Harper will move from trainer to host.

Harper has been a part of the show since it debut in 2004. He will be taking over for Alison Sweeney who decided not to return for season 17.

Trainers Dolvett Quince and Jennifer Widerstrom will also be returning for the new season. Even though Harper wills serve as host, it doesn’t mean that he won’t weigh-in on the training sessions.

“I know all of the ins and outs [of the show],” he says. “And let me tell you, the weigh-in room is going to be a completely different ballgame with me at the steering wheel.”

Diddy, Janelle Monae and Rick Ross grace the Aug./Sept. issue of VIBE Magazine. The inside flap also consists of Red Cafe, Dirty Money and Cassie.  This issue is actually a part of a double cover Vibe is doing, the other cover feature Eminem and Dr. Dre.  In the issue that features Diddy on the cover, the Bad Boy mogul talks about the “beef” with Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj.

Here’s an excerpt:

When I heard her say what she said, it didn’t really affect me. I didn’t get mad at her or anything like that. I knew how she felt. I ain’t agree with it. But also I know the motivation. I know that people say, “Oh, he’s trying to get a new Lil’ Kim.” I guess people will see in time. Yeah, Nicki’s had flavored wigs on, but besides that it ain’t even the same approach to the writing.

According to Billboard.com, Jackson had this to say about performing at the festival:

“It means a great deal for me to be in the company of such wonderful women, women who I have the pleasure of knowing personally,” Jackson said. “I’m especially honored to be able to play on a stage that also hosts Gladys Knight. She watched me grow up and I remember her being around the Motown family when I was a kid. It’s definitely an honor.”
