Rihanna is now holds the title of being the youngest artist to sell-out Johannesburg’s FNB Stadium.
The singer made history on Sunday night (Oct. 13) when she performed in front of 67,000 fans on the South African leg of her Diamonds World Tour.
Rihanna shared her excitement with her Twitter followers. She tweeted, “Sold out stadium show in #Johannesburg !!! Over 67’000 people #Jah .”
Rihanna is slated to perform in Cape Town later this week.
Alek Wek stuns on the first-ever issue of FORBES Life Africa.
Wek, 36, shared her feelings on being on the first cover of the publication. She says, “I am very humbled and very excited at the same time, especially for the younger next generation, to just how far we’ve come as a continent and how much history … and just the richness in general. And if I can contribute to that rebuilding, or celebrating all of the wonderful richness of the continent, I’m just really thrilled and more than happy to be apart of such an incredible moment.”

Actor Ryan Gosling recently appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Kimmel. During his segment, he brought footage from a trip he took to Condo, Africa. The footage, which Ryan taped himself, shows a young girl showing Ryan how to do the “Rude Boy” dance from Rihanna’s video. Check out the uber cute footage segment below.
Khloe and Kim Kardashian have been keeping themselves busy in Cape Town, South Africa. The sisters have been in South Africa to promote Brutal Fruit drink. On December 17, Khloe and Kim waved as they went inside
a local theater to for the Tickled Pink party kickoff. On December 18, the sisters were seen having a drink on the balcony of their mega posh hotel, the Ellerman House.

Christina Aguilera is pretty in pink. The “Bionic” singer covers the January 2011 issue of Cosmopolitan (South Africa). Aguilera looks great, but there’s one teensy problem. The photo used for the Kan. ’11 cover of Cosmo Africa is the same photo from the 2008 issue of Us Weekly.
Unless Aguilera took part in the exact same photo shoot, looks like someone has some explaining to do.
Jennifer Lopez and her adorable twins Max and Emme recently took part in a photo shoot for Gucci’s upcoming children’s line. Gucci has also decided to lend a hand by donating 1-million dollars to UNICEF’s Schools for Africa. They also gave $50,000 to Lopez’s Maribel Initiative.

Lopez told UsMagazine.com, “Now there are two Gucci spokesbabies for a beautiful cause!” She added, “Emme picks out her own outfits and likes to sleep in her princess dress. It’s hard to get Max dressed. He prefers to run around the house with no clothes on.”
