The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge‘s Vanity Fair magazine cover has finally been unveiled. The July issue features an up-close shot of Kate Middleton and Prince William.
The cover photo was taken by photographer Mario Testino at William & Kate’s engagement at St James’ Palace back in November 2010.
This special issue focuses on the couple hunting for a new home, who does what in the household, and much more.
This issue of Vanity Fair hits newsstands on June 3rd. The couple will be making their way to Canada and the U.S. (namely California) in July.
Catherine Middleton looked stunning in her wedding gown, almost reminiscent of Grace Kelly on her wedidng day. People from all over the world, eagerly awaited their chance to catch a glimpse of her dress and once she stepped out of the car, she didn’t disappoint. Pippa, Catherine’s sister. held the bride’s 9-foot train as she made her way into the Abbey.
Middleton’s wedding dress was ivory with lace applique floral detail. It was designed by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen. Kate also did her own make-up.
Ebony Magazine is celebrating 65 years in circulation, so what better way to celebrate than to emulate moments of the past? The picture above is of singer Mary J. Blige donning the same clothes and make-up as Diana Ross did for her cover. Diana Ross posed for this cover back when the movie Mahogany was playing. Even if you’re not a Mary J. Blige fan, you have to give her credit for pulling this off.
