Jay-Z is reportedly worried that his protégé Rihanna’s work schedule is too rigorous and thinks the “Man Down” singer should take some time off before she becomes ill.
According to Look magazine, Jigga’s concern for RiRi started after she had bronchitis and laryngitis and still to perform at both the Grammys and The BRIT Awards 2011, On top of those two performances, Rihanna was still touring and promoting her Loud album.
“Rihanna’s professional, works hard and stays away from drugs and alcohol, but Jay wants her to be careful,” said a source for Look. “He told her to take a holiday for a week – she’s been working flat out and needs to get over the bronchitis, which he’s sure she’s developed as a result of stress.”
To the surprise of many Justin Bieber fans, tweens and viewers alike, Bieber went home empty handed from this year’s Grammys. The media thought that Bieber would definitely win the “Best New Artist” Grammy, but instead he lost to Jazz singer Esperanza Spalding. Both Bieber and his team were disappointed that the pint-sized singer’s loss.
Justin had this to say about not winning : “I had no clue what was going to happen; I worked really hard these past few years and you know, I’m not going to lie — I was disappointed,”
“But, you know, I’m gonna come back [next year] and we’ll take a few home.”
: “I’m inspired to work harder than I did last year. It’s going to be hard, but I’m going to try. Bieber fans, don’t get too upset. Be happy.”
Too bad Bieber’s fanbase isn’t as humble. Many of Beiber’s fan took to Twitter and even Wikipedia to voice their disdain for singer Esperanza for beating out the singer. Here are just some the malicious tweets the singer’s fans unleashed on Esperanza after she was named “Best New Artist.”
One Belieber tweeted: “@EspeSpalding FU** YOOOU B**** .I. ALL THE BELIBERS HATE YOU!!! NOBODY KNOWS YOUUU!!!! WHO THE HELL ARE YOOOOUU?? FU** YOU .I. HATE YOU.”
Another wrote: “FOUND HER, THIS IS THE PSYCHO B***H THAT BEAT THE BIEBER, LET’S KILL HER. #12yearoldfangirlmom ent @EspeSpalding”

A few weeks ago, we told you that Chris Brown motioned to have the restraining order against him lifted. Not it seems as though Rihanna has agreed to have the order softened, her lawyer, Donald Etra, tells E! News.
Here’s how E! Online is reporting it:
Rihanna has requested that the order be dropped to a level one—meaning that they can have contact as long as Brown doesn’t annoy, molest or harass her—and Brown attorney Mark Geragos has been informed of her approval, Geragos still needs to go to court to have the order officially modified by a judge.
But Team Brown doesn’t appear to be in a rush. Even though he is nominated for three Grammys this Sunday, he won’t be attending the festivities due to a previous commitment.
