Iconic actress Debbie Reynolds has died. She was 84.
This news comes just one day after her daughter, Carrie Fisher passed away.
Reynolds was at the property she shared with Fisher when she was rushed to the hospital due to a possible stroke, on Wednesday.
Reynolds was heard saying, “I miss her so much, I want to be with Carrie,” before passing, according to TMZ.
On Tuesday, Reynolds took to Facebook to thank fans for their support after Fisher’s death.
“Thank you to everyone who has embraced the gifts and talents of my beloved and amazing daughter,” Reynolds, 84, said on Facebook. “I am grateful for your thoughts and prayers that are now guiding her to her next stop.”
According to TMZ, Reynolds had several strokes over the past year. The death of her daughter, Carrie Fisher, was probably too much for her to take.
Debbie Reynolds was an actress, singer, dancer, and, humanitarian. She shot to fame when she starred in the classic 1952 musical , Singin’ in the Rain.
