A few weeks ago, we told you that Chris Brown motioned to have the restraining order against him lifted. Not it seems as though Rihanna has agreed to have the order softened, her lawyer, Donald Etra, tells E! News.
Here’s how E! Online is reporting it:
Rihanna has requested that the order be dropped to a level one—meaning that they can have contact as long as Brown doesn’t annoy, molest or harass her—and Brown attorney Mark Geragos has been informed of her approval, Geragos still needs to go to court to have the order officially modified by a judge.
But Team Brown doesn’t appear to be in a rush. Even though he is nominated for three Grammys this Sunday, he won’t be attending the festivities due to a previous commitment.
TMZ is reporting that actress Lindsay Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft.
The news site goes in to say that Lohan could be charged as early as Monday for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, CA jewelry store.
Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, was informed of the impending charge and spoke with her client via the telephone on Friday night.
If convicted, Lindsay faces a maximum of three years in prison.
