Artwork For Lil’ Wayne’s “Sorry 4 The Wait” Mixtape Revealed

Lil’ Kim Sells 113,000 Copies of ‘Black Friday’ Mix Tape

 

Kimberly Jones AKA Lil’ Kim is the talk of the town today. The female emcee set  an all-time record with her  mixtape Black Friday, which was released this past Monday.  Lil’ Kim sent out a link to her fans so they could purchase the mix tape via Paypal for  $9.99 on PayPal. Rportedly,  the rapper sold 113,000 copies (Approximately $1,128,870 USD) in a 28-hour time span.
Once hearing the news, Lil’ Kim tweeted the following:

“Thanks to you guys!! #lilkimblackfridaymixtape sold 113,000 copies in 28 hours which made me the #1 seller on paypal ever =) !!! THANK U! RT,” tweeted Kimmy Blanco, whose tape was unavailable for purchase on Tuesday afternoon after too many people rushed the site. “Sorry 4 the link issue too many hits shut the paypal system DOWN! LOL. We BACK #LilKimBlackFridayMixtape Buy Now!”

Buyers will have to wait until Lil’ Kim and her team ship out physical copies of the album, since the  mix tape is not available for digital download. Lil’ Kim promised that the first 100,000 copies would arrive autographed.

The Brooklyn native, has not released the official tracklist for the mix tape.  t

Rapper Redman seems to be channeling his inner Katt Williams for the album cover of his new mix tape, Pancake & Syrup. This mix tape is available now and sets the mood for Redman’s upcoming studio album ReggieReggie drops December 7, 2010.
