‘Friday The 13th’ Franchise Returns in 2015

If you thought Jason and his dusty mask were gone, then you’d be wrong

A new Friday the 13th is on the horizon and it’s expected to hit theaters Friday, March 13 of 2015.

According to journalist Ryan Turek, the flick’s producers are said to be creating a story from a ‘found footage’ angle – similar to The Blair Witch Project where the action takes place through supposed amateur video.

The plot and intricate details of the movie have not been revealed. Rumor has it that Platinum Dunes will return as producer of the film.

An extended movie trailer for the upcoming film, The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete has been unveiled.

The movie has been favored by critics for its raw storyline. The movie stars Jennifer Hudson, Jordin Sparks, Jeffrey Wright and Anthony Mackie! Hudson has been praised for her performance in the film, with the word ‘Oscar’ being thrown around.

Movie Synopsis:

Coming of age story about two inner city youths, who are left to fend for themselves over the summer after their mothers are taken away by the authorities.

 

The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete opens in theaters on October 11, 2013.

 

Wowzers, Jake Gyllenhaal Is Bald

Jake Gyllenhaal has cut off his luscious locks for his new movie role.  Gyllenhaal,30, will be playing a police office in the upcoming film End of Watch, alongside Michael Pena. Gyllenhaal and Pena, were seen shooting promos for the movie in Cali last week.

Most of the nominees were not a shock since it seems as though it was the same nods as  the Golden Globes and Sag Awards.
