Earlier this week, Sinead O’Connor wrote an open letter to Miley Cyrus expressing her concern.

She went on to write,“The music business doesn’t give a shit about you, or any of us,” she adds. “They will prostitute you for all you are worth, and cleverly the star that the industry make you think its what YOU wanted.. and when you end up in rehab as a result of being prostituted, ‘they’ will be sunning themselves on their yachts in Antigua, which they bought by selling your body and you will find yourself very alone.”

The letter didn’t go over too well with Cyrus. The “Wrecking Ball” singer fired back at O’Connor with two tweets.

The first tweet included a photo (shown below) of O’Connor’s tweets and the words,”Before Amanda Bynes…. There was….”

She then later tweeted a photo of O’Connor tearing up a photo of the Pope during her 1992 Saturday Night Live appearance:

Justin Timberlake stole the show at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards.

The event went from an award show, to a Justin Timberlake concert, as he performed a medley of songs before accepting the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award. He ended the night by accepting another Moon Man, but this time it was for “Video of the Year‘ for his powerful song “Mirrors.”

Following the show, Timberlake penned a letter, via his website,  informing fans that even though he’s releasing the last leg of The 20/20 Experience, he’s not done making music.

“The last time I wrote you an open letter, it was in January and I promised that it would be a “Big 2013.” Since then, from The Grammys to the release of the first part of The 20/20 Experience to the crowd’s response at the VMAs, it’s been a wild ride. I hope you’ve enjoyed it as much as I have.

This letter is to tell you that we’re not done…Not even close.”

Check out the behind-the -scenes footage for The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2, which drops September 30.
