Their singles might be selling like hotcakes, but Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber are not highly favored.
Cyrus is No. 6 on GQ’s list of the 25 Least Influential People of 2013.
Dennis Rodman took the No.1 spot for his odd friendship with the dictator of North Korea. Paula Deen comes in at No.2 for her admitted use of the N-word and Justin Bieber is somewhere in the top 25.
Even President Barack Obama is on the list at No. 17, because under his direction, “nothing gets done.”
Jodi Arias, Dr. Cornel West, Tim Tebow, Mike Jeffries, Ryan Reynolds, Lady Gaga, Will Smith and his family, and Prince George also made the list.
Paula Deen has reportedly turned down an offer to participate on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.
In the Aug. 19 issue of Us Weekly, a Dancing With the Stars source says the former Food Network star turned down an offer to compete on the ABC competition show.
“The dance floor is not the appropriate forum for her,” explains a Deen source.
But it seems as though she has some support from Dancing With the Stars co-host Tom Bergeron. “We’ve seen career resurgences after the show,” he tells Us. “People go, ‘I remember why I love that person!'”
The new season of DWTS premieres Monday, Sept. 16, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC. The upcoming season will air only one day a week. The Season 17 cast will be announced Sept. 4 on Good Morning America.

Paula Deen has been losing sponsors left and right, but one MILF porn-based website wants to give her a job.
According to TMZ, PureMature.com has offered Deen six-figures to become the website’s official spokesperson.
In the letter sent this past week, the website praises Deen for being a hot mother over the age of 65, who men would love to sleep with. It continues with, “Full figured of thin, arthritic or diabetic — you embody our perfect spokesperson.”
PureMature says it’s willing to offer the cook “6 figures for very little work.”
Deen will not need to be nude if she takes the gig, but we’re doubting she will.
Paula Deen has been in the news consistently for the past week and now PEOPLE has got the story on just how she’s taking it all in.
After being dropped by The Food Network and now two of her sponsors, the cook is feeling the heat.
Deen, who is currently with husband Michael Groover and her sons Jamie and Bobby in Georgia, “is beyond devastated,” a producer friend tells PEOPLE magazine.
“She isn’t upset about the loss of money,” reveals the source. “She’s really upset about her reputation. She has been speaking to her friends to make sure they’re okay. She would die if she lost people who she really loves over this.”
“Paula has a sense of humor that includes saying inappropriate things just to see [people’s] reaction,” says the producer friend. “It’s not meant to hurt anyone. Paula goes through her life trying to not hurt people.”
Deen’s fans have rallied behind her by inundating The Food Network’s Facebook page with angry messages. Some fans have even lashed out at Giada Di Laurentiis, whose cooking shows have replaced Deen’s on the network.
Di Laurentiis stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Tuesday, where she dished on having to deal with being caught in the middle of this fiasco.
“Her shows got replaced by my shows, so we have a lot of people not happy with me right now, as if I had anything to do with it,” she told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover.
She added, “I know her as a kind woman. I don’t know what happened and this happened awhile back, so I don’t know what happened so I’m not going to make a comment based on ignorance. That is not a good thing to do.”
Paula Deen is finally ready to face Matt Lauer on The Today Show.
Earlier today Matt Lauer made the announcement that Deen would be coming to the Today Show for an interview.
“She has told us she will be here this time,” Lauer said Monday on the air.
The segment will not be taped, but live and will be an exclusive to the NBC morning show. If you recall, Deen was slated to appear on the show last week Friday (June 21), but Deen pulled out of the interview at the last-minute, citing exhaustion as the reason for not being able to do the interview. Instead, Deen went on to post two apology videos on YouTube, begging her fans and the public for forgiveness.
Shortly after the announcement, Deen, 66, tweeted just how happy she was to be getting the opportunity to speak with Lauer and Co.
“See you Wednesday, I am so glad Matt, Al and my friends at
@TodayShow are bringing me back.”
