Michael Jordan and Wife Expecting
Former NBA all-star Michael Jordan and his new wife Yvette Preito are expecting their first child together.
The pair married on April 27, after dating for several years. No word on how far along Preito is at this time.
This will be Preito’s first child and Jordan’s fourth. He has three children — Jeffrey Michael, 24, and Marcus James, 22, and Jasmine, 19– from his 17-year marriage to Juanita Venoy.
Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve Artist Line-up
Some of the musicians set to perform for the 2014 Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest have been unveiled.
So far, Robin Thicke, Fall Out Boy, Jennifer Hudson, Jason Derulo, and Enrique Iglesias are set to perform, with more acts to be announced at a later date.
Jenny McCarthy will be serving as Seacrest’s co-host again, while Fergie will host things over on the West Coast party.
“As the New Year’s Rockin’ Eve legacy continues, it is an honor to be a part of the largest celebration of the year,” Fergie said in a statement. “I am excited to share the stage with so many global stars.”

The Soul Train Awards 2013 were held on Friday, Nov 8 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. Some of this year’s winners include Kendrick Lamar, who took home the award for ‘Album of the Year’ for Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City; Robin Thicke featuring Pharrell Williams & T.I. earned the award ‘Song of the Year‘ for “Blurred Lines” and Miguel and Tamar Braxton took home Best R&B/Soul Male and Female Artist, respectively.
Dionne Warwick received the Legend Award. To honor the singer, Gladys Knight, Ronald Isley, Eddie Levert, David Foster, Eric Benet, Ruben Studdard, Kenny Lattimore, Bobby V, Chrisette Michele, Eddie Levert, David Foster, and Candice Glover sang a medley of songs.
·Singer Keith Sweat received the Lifetime Achievement Award and performed a medley of his hits, which including a guest appearance by Faith Evans

2013 Soul Train Awards Nominations
And the nominees are…
Anthony Anderson and Wendy Williams announced some of the 2013 Soul Train Awards on Williams’ show yesterday. The rest of the nominees were then revealed later on that day. Robin Thicke and Justin Timbelake both snagged five nods each. Other nominees include Jay-Z, Tamar Braxton, Kendrick Lamar, Miguel, Rihanna and TGT.
