Reese Witherspoon covers the latest issue of Red magazine.
In spite of her recent run-in with the police, Witherspoon is pushing forward. This issue of Red magazine was put together before her recent arrest, but the insight the actress gives is definitely something to take to heart.
On her life after having a baby:
“Ever since I had the baby, I can’t remember anything. Seriously this child stole my brain. I’m sure I’m losing friendships over forgetting to get back to people. But you can’t keep up with everything. I’ve got a 13-year-old, a nine-year-old and a baby. It’s like CNN ticker tape running through my mind at all times.”
On the importance of her girlfriends:
“Oh my gosh, I don’t know what I would have done so many times in my life if I hadn’t had my girlfriends. They have literally gotten me up out of bed, taken my clothes off, put me in the shower, dressed me, and said, ‘Hey, you can do this,’ put my high heels on and pushed me out the door! But you do have to work at friendships as much as you would any relationship. So, even when I’m really busy, we always manage to find each other on Saturday nights for a drink.”
On empowering other women:
“As women, we shrug and smile and say, ‘Oh… me?’ because it makes it socially acceptable for us to be successful. But there is a balance between being an arrogant jerk and being someone who is proud of their accomplishments. We need to let successful women show off and support them. Because men don’t spend anytime putting themselves down. They don’t waste their breath. You have to be the best version of yourself and, if that means you have to be a bit self-promoting, then it’s okay. It really is. Because who’s going to believe in you more than yourself? Other than, maybe, your mother.”
On being obsessed with Pinterest:
“My husband says, ‘Are you buying those things?’ and I’m like, “No, I’m just putting pictures of them on my electronic pinboard.’ Then I get to organize them: So this is my dream kitchen, these are my favorite hand bags, these are hotels I want to visit, jewelry I really need to by… I have a whole board of monogrammed accessories, I like to my name on everything.”

Ryan Phillippe and Amanda Seyfried have broken up more times than I can count, at least that’s how the media makes it seem. Now it seems as though the pair have called it quits once again, according to Us Weekly.
A source told Us Weekly, that the two decided to end their 7-month relationship.
“It was mutual,” the source says. “They were never fully committed.”
The couple first parted ways back in February and somehow got back together.
“They were always on and off,” adds the source. “They were always seeing other people.”
Apparently, the two are still pals and have no ill-feelings toward one another following the break-up.
Actress Amanda Seyfried and her boyfriend Ryan Phillippe were spotted at Charles de Gaulle Airport over the weekend. The pair were waiting to retrieve their luggage with Phillippe’s The Lincoln Lawyer co-star, Matthew McConaughey. If looks could kill, then Amanda has got the look down pact. Amanda made sure that the paparazzi got pictures of her holding Ryan’s hand and clinging to him for dear life.
Rihanna recently celebrated her 23rd birthday at a private party in Los Angeles. Jay-Z, Beyonce, Ryan Phillipe, Cee-Lo, Sean “Diddy” Combs, and Mary J. Blige are some of the people that came out to celebrate the Bajan beauty’s day. Guests were each given a special cupcake embedded with the Barbados flag. RiRi even had a ice sculpture with an “R” engraved on it. Rihanna spent the night mingling with her guests and playing Nintendo Wii.
For years people have said that Rihanna and Beyoncé had some feud or anger towards one another. Well if this picture doesn’t squash those rumors once and for all, I don’t know what will. The ladies posed for the cameras at attends the Gucci and RocNation Pre-GRAMMY brunch held at Soho House on February 12, 2011 in West Hollywood, California. Both ladies looked gorgeous.
