Marion Cotillard-
On being an actress:
“When I was a kid, I started to have a lot of questions about human beings, and I was a troubled child because of all of these questions. I guess that’s why I became an actress. Not only because my parents were actors and, yeah, it’s a beautiful thing to tell stories, but I think I became an actress because I wanted to explore this- to explore what a human being is.”

Naomi Harris –
On standing up for herself:
“On my first film, I played a stowaway on a ship heading to Germany, and the director told me I was going to be thrown into the sea. But he didn’t have any stunt coordinators! I told him I would agree to be pushed over the side, but only if I could watch him getting pushed over first. Both of us stayed dry.”

After months of speculation, the forthcoming Fifty Shades of Grey film has found its ‘Anastasia’ and ‘Christian.’

E.L. James (the author of the steamy trilogy) announced the lead actress on Twitter yesterday.

She wrote, “I am delighted to let you know that the lovely Dakota Johnson has agreed to be our Anastasia in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.”

Johnson ( daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith) is a model-turned-actress. The 23-year-old last appeared on the now cancelled show, Ben and Kate.

Not too long after, James decided to reveal the actor who would be playing the domineering Christian Grey.

She tweeted, “The gorgeous and talented Charlie Hunnam will be Christian Grey in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.”

Fifty Shades of Grey is expected to hit theaters sometime in 2014.

What do you think of the choices for both roles?
