Lorde Announces North America Tour Dates For 2014

Lorde is taking over the music scene.

The singer was just nominated for four Grammys and now she’s announced her North America tour dates for 2014.

In March, Lorde and her band will embark on a 16-date tour across North America which starts in Austin, Texas, making stops New York City, Chicago, Boston to name a few and winding up on the west coast at the 2,800 capacity Fox Oakland Theater in California.

Her debut album ‘Pure Heroine’ [Lava/Republic Records] has already topped most “Year End” lists including Rolling Stone Magazine’s who noted “Lorde’s languidly aphoristic lyrics balance rock-star swagger and torqued-up teenage angst”, and The New York Times, who praised “(Pure Heroine) commandeers those wide-open spaces with her lustrous voice and angel-choir harmonies carrying serious thoughts.”
